Suzy was a tour guide and is a qualified wordsmith, having completed a Masters Degree in Creative Writing. A one-time travel writing prize-winner, she provides the adjectives, nouns and occasionally verbs (steering clear of adverbs). Her origins in Scotland have nothing to do with her favourite ingredient – kaffir lime leaves. After careful deliberation she settled on Chicken Satay from Jalan Alor, Kuala Lumpur as her favourite street food dish thus far. It’s simple, it’s snack size, it’s…meat on a stick.
